Qualifications

• Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn under senior chefs.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to assigned cuisine and standardized recipes.
• Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service preparation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices in the kitchen.
• Support cooking operations by preparing ingredients, sauces, gravies, stocks, and basic dishes.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures to ensure timely preparation during kitchen service.
