Job summary

Brik Oven is seeking a Commis 3 to support kitchen operations and ensure timely prep and service. You will assist in pre-opening and post-closing duties, monitor stock, rotate items, and address expired ingredients while keeping the workspace tidy.

You will participate in pizza making and beverage prep, uphold food safety standards, follow recipes precisely, and maintain high quality in presentation and taste in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• 10th standard pass or equivalent education preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
