Brik Oven in Indiranagar, India, is seeking a Commis 3 to support our kitchen operations, including helping with pre-opening and post-closing tasks, pizza making, and beverage blending.

You will monitor inventory, rotate stock, address expired items, and ensure ingredients and equipment readiness, all while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the production process.
• Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting physical stock counts, and reconciling closing stock.

Summary As a Commis 3, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring everything is primed for a seamless operation. Assist in pre-opening and post-closing duties to maintain a tidy workspace. Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and promptly address expired items, while also updating non-availability of ingredients or equipment. Assisting in various food and beverage preparation tasks, including pizza making and beverage blending.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English
