Role Description

The Commi II role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will support the kitchen team in preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and portioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mise en place, operating basic kitchen equipment, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in all food handling and storage areas. The Commi II will help with inventory checks, proper labelling, and waste reduction, while following instructions from senior chefs and working collaboratively with colleagues. The role also involves clear communication with team members, timely execution of orders during peak hours, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
