Position Overview

Visteon Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Finance Manager, India. This high-impact role is for an individual who is as much a business leader as a finance professional. Serving as the finance business copilot, you will be the strategic partner, driving sales growth, operational excellence, profitability improvement, and cash flow generation across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partner

Sales – Partner with the commercial business team to:

• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer trends
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities within existing accounts, new customers, and new markets
• Lead the financial analysis and preparation for winning quotes, ensuring competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability and market share growth
• Support the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing customer profitability analyses and evaluating the financial impact of new product launches or strategic initiatives
• Develop ongoing pricing strategies while evaluating and analyzing the financial impact and working with cross‑functional teams to reduce costs
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to recommend, initiate and ensure proper implementation cost‑saving actions without compromising quality
• Identify and analyze insourcing and supplier localization opportunities, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and long‑term profitability
• Provide financial insights and modeling to optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and improve working capital management
• Assess and model the financial impact of capacity investments, ensuring alignment with demand forecast, operational needs, and strategic growth plans

Finance Leadership

• Lead Commercial finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and coach team members to grow their technical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, preparing them for future roles
• Drive a business‑first mindset across the finance team, ensuring they act as strategic partners to other functionsSet clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and recognition to maintain high levels of engagement and performance
