Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in Collections, with good communication skills and a digital orientation.
• Experience handling unsecured products (Digital PL) is an added advantage.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned portfolio by leading the collections team.
• Implement and oversee Collections Strategies.
• Recruit and train in-house and outbound teams.
• Identify and empanel collection agencies to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct field visits to customers for resolution of accounts.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and bucket-wise resolution goals for the region.
• Manage NPA levels and the cost of collections.
• Maximize recoveries by collaborating with Legal and Central Collections teams.
• Meet targets for charges and late payment penalties.
• Present regional performance reports to Senior Management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to Collection Processes, Legal guidelines, and the Collections Code of Conduct.
