Job summary

Infobip Ltd is seeking a Collections Junior Specialist to join the Order to Cash team in India. You will monitor billing, send invoices, reconcile usage, analyze revenue, and communicate with clients on payment concerns while collaborating with internal teams.

You will handle dunning, disputes, and aging analysis, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely collections with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, AR and/or billing.
• Experience in aged accounts in a B2B environment.
• Advanced English is required for this role.
• Experience communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (plus).
• Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge in collections and Billing management.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strictly following internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment on or before the due date as per customer agreements.
• Continuous communication with clients via calls and emails to resolve bill disputes and provide summaries.
• Manage customer base of 300+ accounts within the portfolio.
• Apply collection procedures within the customer portfolio.
• Manage doubtful debt and write-offs, and LPC calculations.
• Maintain Customer Collections Master Data in Salesforce.
• Monitor non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Prepare and review AR aging and discrepancies.

Work Hour 5:30 PM to 1:30 PM

As a Collections Junior Specialist at Infobip, you will be in the Order to Cash part of the team, which handles monitoring and billing, sending invoices, reconciling usage reports, analyzing revenue and prepaid balances, and communicating with clients regarding payment concerns while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Strictly Following internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment on, or before the due date as per customer agreements
• Continuous communication with the clients through over calls and emails to understand their concerns in terms of bill disputes, bill break-up summary & any other specific requirements of the customers for processing the payments
• Actively maintaining customer base of minimum 300 C/B Segment
• Customer In-Depth knowledge of collection procedure and implementation within her/his customer portfolio
• Actively managing doubtful debt and write-offs, and LPC Calculations
• Management of Customer Collections Master Data In Salesforce
• Monitor/Review customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Research payment discrepancies
• Preparing and reviewing AR aging
• Accurate tagging of customers and invoicing collections tool
