Job summary

Paytm is looking for a Collections Lead to drive targets and manage the collection flow for a specified area in India. The role requires leadership, relationship-building, and a proactive approach to improve recovery metrics.

The candidate should have 4+ years in collections, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills, with hands-on computer literacy and a track record of handling agencies and in-house teams.

Qualifications

• To Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned, control flow cases and focus on non starters.
• Ensured documented feedback.
• Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise.
• Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team.
• Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.
• Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.
• Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities.

Responsibilities
