Paytm seeks an experienced collections leader to drive area targets and oversee a large team of collection officers. You will shape repayment plans, monitor workflow, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduation or post graduation preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and manage large teams across a region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the assigned area.
• Manage large team of collection officers and drive productivity and performance.
• Monitor performance against set parameters and conduct weekly reviews with Collection executives.
• Ensure compliance, background checks of agencies, and identify training needs.

About the team:

Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

About the role:

Lead the collections target and control collection flow for specified area. Handle large team of collection officers, their productivity and performance.

Expectations/ Requirements:

• To Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned, control flow cases and focus on non starters.
• Ensured documented feedback.
• Ensure Adequate feet on Street availability/bucket wise /segment wise.
• Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team.
• Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.
• Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.
• Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities.
