Solomon Capital in Gurgaon is seeking a Collection Head with 10+ years in collections to lead the end-to-end collection operations for the payday loan portfolio. You will develop recovery strategies, manage large teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while achieving aggressive targets.

Excellent English communication skills and strong proficiency in MS Excel and collection MIS are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Collections.
• Strong experience in Payday Loans, Digital Lending, Fintech, NBFC, or Consumer Finance.
• Proven experience managing large collection teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, collection MIS, and recovery strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end collection operations for the Payday Loan portfolio.
• Develop strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
• Manage large collection teams including Managers, Team Leaders, and Executives.
• Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly collection targets.
• Monitor collection efficiency, bounce rates, roll rates, PTP conversion, and recovery performance.
• Manage agency/BPO partners and ensure target achievement.
• Analyse collection MIS and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and professional customer handling.
• Drive team productivity and overall portfolio performance.
