Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities during the assigned shift to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in alignment with production requirements and maintenance best practices.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production departments to optimize maintenance strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations specific to the mining and metals industry.
