Job summary

Diggibyte Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Adoption / GenAI Specialist to drive enterprise AI adoption across the organization. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify Copilot use cases, support implementation and enablement sessions, and ensure secure, responsible AI usage.

Job description

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Adoption / GenAI Specialist to drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and enterprise GenAI solutions across the organization. The role will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify suitable Copilot use cases, support implementation and adoption, conduct enablement sessions, and ensure that AI solutions are used effectively, securely, and responsibly. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Generative AI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and enterprise AI adoption. The candidate should also be comfortable engaging with users, conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Microsoft Copilot adoption across different business functions and user groups.
• Identify and evaluate business use cases where Microsoft Copilot and GenAI can improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate Copilot/AI solutions.
• Support the implementation and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Conduct Copilot awareness sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and user enablement programs.
• Develop user guides, training materials, FAQs, and other adoption resources.
• Track Copilot usage, adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact.
• Identify adoption barriers and work with stakeholders to improve user engagement and utilization.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, business teams, and leadership to drive organization-wide AI adoption.
• Support the development of AI adoption strategies, roadmaps, and governance practices.
• Promote responsible and secure use of AI, considering data privacy, access control, security, and compliance requirements.
• Work with technical teams on Copilot integrations, connectors, APIs, knowledge sources, and enterprise systems where required.
• Support Copilot Studio use cases involving conversational AI, agents, workflows, and generative AI.
• Work with Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform to support automation and AI enabled business processes.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve Copilot solutions and adoption programs.
• Prepare adoption reports, dashboards, success metrics, and regular updates for management.
• Act as a key point of contact for Copilot and GenAI adoption-related initiatives.
