Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced co-Chief AI & Technology Officer to lead our Legal AI platform development, management and be responsible for developing and implementing the development of our cutting-edge AI-legal technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Legal AI strategy

2. Lead Legal AI innovation and experimentation

3. Oversee Legal AI platform development and maintenance

4. Natural Language Processing (NLP) for legal documents

5. Machine Learning (ML) model development for legal predictions

6. Knowledge Graph development for legal concepts and entities

7. Integrate Legal AI with existing systems

8. Collaborate with legal experts and cross-functional teams

9. Develop partnerships with Legal AI providers

10. Evaluate Legal AI technologies and startups

11. Assess feasibility, scalability, and integration potential

12. Invest in Lawsisto and contribute to growth strategy

13. Drive development of new Legal AI applications and services

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in software development

2. 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

3. 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)

4. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

5. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

6. Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

7. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++

8. Experience with AI and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

9. Experience with data storage and management (relational databases, NoSQL databases)

10. Strong programming skills in Python, PHP, Java, C++

Qualifications:

• Certifications in AI & ML preferably

Investments:

Ability to invest a minimum of INR 50 Lakhs to 2 Cr (USD 60,000 to 300,000) in the company.

Nice to Have:

1. Startup Experience: Previous co-founding or executive experience in a startup environment.

2. Legal AI Research: Published research or speaking engagements on legal AI topics.
