Job summary

Kantech Industrial Solution in Tamil Nadu is seeking a CNC/VMC Operator, Programmer & Setter to drive precision manufacturing. You will load materials, align fixtures, select tools, and execute first-piece prove-out runs on VMCs to ensure adherence to blueprints.

You will also edit tool offsets, calibrate tools and fixtures, and monitor ongoing cycles to maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and aligning raw materials, vices, and fixtures.
• Set work offsets and tool length offsets; select proper cutting tools.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions on final parts.

Responsibilities

• Run production cycles on Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).
• Edit codes and calibrate tools and fixtures.
• Inspect finished components against blueprints for accuracy.
