Support and supervise all in-house manufacturing activitiesto enable faster new product development and enhance the productivity ofexisting parts. 1. Manufacturing& Process Planning:
Ø Definedmanufacturing processes/operations for machined components by interpretingdrawings with respect to GD&T and tolerances.
Ø GeneratedCNC programs using CAM software, and released supporting documentation (processsheets, tool lists, program sheets) to the development team.
Ø DevelopedFA (First Article) parts within specified time frames and handed them over toproduction.
Ø Providedinputs to the process engineering team for stage drawing preparation, validatedstage drawings as per final requirements.
Ø Designedjigs and fixtures for machining using CAD software; supported production toachieve required OEE by increasing productivity without compromising quality.
Ø Conductedand participated in MFIR (Manufacturing Feasibility Inspection Review) meetingswith cross-functional teams, tracked and closed action items.
Ø Ownedallocated NPD (New Product Development) parts/projects and delivered good partsto internal customers within agreed timelines.
Ø Incorporatedprocess improvements based on CFT feedback to enhance part quality andproductivity.

2. CuttingTools:

Education& Experience:
Ø Education: Diploma(Polytechnic/NTTF/GTTC) or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–10 yearsof manufacturing experience, preferably in the aerospace industry or low-batchproduction environment.
Ø Experience: Minimum3–5 years of strong experience in CNC programming using NX, Solid CAM, orMaster CAM. (NTTF and GTTC candidates will have an added advantage.)
Ø Hands-on expertise in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis partswith controllers such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Siemens, WinMax (Hurco), andHeidenhain.
Ø Proficiency in process mapping for machined parts andfixture design.
Ø Strong knowledge and application of GD&T (GeometricDimensioning & Tolerancing).
Ø Sound understanding of inspection methodology and use ofappropriate quality tools/instruments
