The ideal candidate holds ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, 5+ years CNC turning experience with Fanuc controls, and can read drawings and process sheets with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC turning with setting and programming knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with CNC controls like Fanuc.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC turning machines.
• Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and basic G or M code programming.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection using precision tools.
• Maintain machining accuracy, surface finish, and cycle time.
• Identify and resolve minor issues related to tools, fixtures, or programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
