Job summary

Infosys BPM in Bengaluru seeks a Risk & Compliance Analyst to perform risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and documentation, contributing to SOX and ISAE/SSAEs compliance.

You will analyze control design, support remediation, and apply knowledge of AP/AR/RTR, ERP F&A apps (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft), ITGC controls, and audits within a GBS delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience in a GBS delivery environment.
• Knowledge of ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX.
• F&A processes including AP/AR/RTR knowledge.
• ERP F&A applications (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and process walkthroughs.
• Prepare process documentation narratives and flow diagrams.
• Test control effectiveness and support remediation for SOX/ISAE.
• Identify process weaknesses and perform root cause analysis.
• Assist with ITGC and information systems audit knowledge.

• Perform Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix.
• Perform Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design , support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX and ISAE / SSAE compliance.
• Perform Interventions / Special Assignments at Client Engagements identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process weaknesses / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and resolving causes.
• Reasonable Knowledge of processes like AP,AR and RTR is mandatory
• Reasonable Knowledge of F&A Audit Processes having Performed Internal, Operational and Financial Audits;
• Knowledge of Key F&A Compliances required ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX
• Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language
• Experience of working in a GBS delivery environment
• Desirable User Knowledge of one of the ERP F&A Key Financial Applications SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft- Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit
