Job summary

Golden Opportunities seeks a Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years in MNC environments (BPO or captive) to own end-to-end R2R, P2P and O2C processes and reporting. You will drive GL, intercompany, invoicing, AP/AR cycles and ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance.

You will lead 75–150+ FTEs, govern KPIs with global stakeholders, and champion SOX/ICFR, process re-engineering, and automation using SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC, BlackLine, Power BI and Alteryx.

Qualifications

• CA with 15–20 years of experience in MNC (BPO or captive).
• Hands-on in ERP platforms SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC.
• Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge with SOX/ICFR exposure.
• Experience in KPI governance, audits, and client-facing roles.
• Proven leadership of large teams and transition projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance, recruitment, productivity, appraisals for 75-150+ FTEs.

Job description

• CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)
• Own end-to-end R2R / P2P / O2C processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Invoice processing, AP Cycle, AR Cycle and Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. (75-150+ FTEs)
• Controllership & Compliance (SOX/ICFR)
• Global Stakeholder Management (Controller/CFO Level)
• Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for KPI governance, audits, and contract amendments.
• Champion transformation, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging ERP and analytics tools.
• Strong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with
• prior BPO experience.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.
• Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.
• Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.
