Job summary

• Develop, edit, and modify CNC programs as per engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
• Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and offset adjustments.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
• Ensure component quality, production targets, and timely completion of jobs.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
