Job summary

Responsibilities

• NC Programming: Create and optimize part programs using AMADA software (AP100, VPSS, Dr. ABE).
• Nesting & Optimization: Maximize material utilization and minimize scrap.
• Tooling & Setup: Select punch tools, manage clamp setups, define bending sequences or laser paths.
• Simulation & Quality: Run simulations to prevent collisions and support shop-floor operators during dry runs.

A skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in AMADA sheet metal machinery (such as Turret Punch Press or Press Brake) is required for industrial fabrication setups, with active local industrial openings spanning manufacturing hubs across Hyderabad like Jeedimetla.

Key Responsibilities

• NC Programming: Create and optimize part programs using AMADA software (such as AP100, VPSS, or Dr. ABE).
• Nesting & Optimization: Perform efficient sheet nesting to maximize material utilization and minimize scrap.
• Tooling & Setup: Select correct punch tools, manage clamp setups, and define bending sequences or laser paths.
• Simulation & Quality: Run simulation checks to prevent collisions and support shop-floor operators during dry runs.
