Job summary

Grafar Technology in Tamil Nadu is seeking a CNC Shift Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day CNC production and meet hourly targets. The role focuses on supervision of operators, ensuring tool changes and insert availability, and maintaining records of output and performance.

The candidate should have experience in CNC production supervision within a machining environment, knowledge of CNC turning, tooling, coolant, and production monitoring, and be willing to work rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC production supervision/shift handling in a machining environment.
• Good knowledge of CNC turning operations, inserts, tooling, coolant, and production monitoring.
• Ability to manage operators and coordinate with manpower agencies.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates residing near Sriperumbudur/Vallam are preferred, or willing to relocate.
