You will learn how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce components used in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and advanced manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components

• Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision

• Inspect finished products using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Follow safety and quality standards rigorously

• Collaborate with senior machinists and engineers to improve processes

• Keep detailed records of production runs and quality checks

• Participate in ongoing technical training and skills development sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements (fractions, decimals, geometry)

Working Hours
