• 3-5 years of experience in CMS, website operations, technical support or IT service operations.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SSL, CSR and IP whitelisting.
• Understanding of web/server operations and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, communication and task-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• CMS Website Operations: Manage content updates, publishing, pages, banners, forms and other components.
• Technical Operations: Manage support tickets through Zendesk, Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate SSL renewals, CSR requests and certificate activities.
• Handle IP whitelisting, Apache restart and test-instance refresh requests.
• Coordinate DevOps-related requests and schedules.
• Monitor SLAs, ticket ageing and resolution timelines.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required.
• Communicate with customers using approved processes and templates.

Key Responsibilities

CMS Website Operations

• Manage website content updates, publishing, pages, banners, forms and other components.

Technical Operations

• Manage support tickets through Zendesk, Jira or similar tools.
