Job summary

EY seeks a Manager for Managed Service – Identity and Access Management. You will lead IAM delivery engagements, ensure compliance with identity governance, and drive improvement initiatives across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship experience, and ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and reporting in a global services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong governance and data security knowledge.
• Experience delivering IAM support engagements and end-to-end delivery.
• Understanding of compliance from Identity Management perspective.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Identity and Access management support engagements with quality and within KPIs.
• Understand compliance framework from IAM perspective and report on performance KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities to solve customer pain points and track to closure.
• Drive projects to improve operations and support-related processes and technical support.
• Prioritize tickets with the customer and manage overall team capacity.
• Lead multiple projects in a shared-resource Managed Services model.
• Assist in log monitoring, alert and dashboard maintenance, and staff training.
• Possibly participate in transitions and post-production support activities.
• Demonstrate leadership, judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Set up project governance and present daily/weekly/monthly status reports.

Managed Service – Identity and access Management - Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Strong experience in delivering Identity and Access management support engagements
• Understanding of the compliance framework from the Identity Management perspective
• Experience managing project KPIs, SLAs and reporting on Managed Services performance KPIs
• Identify improvement opportunities to solve customer pain points and track them to closure
• Strong record of driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes and the right technical support experience
• Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Work with the customer and team to prioritize tickets and manage the overall capacity of the team
• Managed Services experience handling multiple projects in a shared‑resource model
• Assist in log monitoring, alert and dashboard maintenance, and training of support staff
• Preferably ITIL Certified with experience in transitioning the project delivery and taking over post‑production support
• Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Setup project governance with experience in preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to stakeholders
• Prior experience in IAM solution design, development, and implementation preferably SailPoint Identity product
• Effort estimation experience for Identity and Access management support engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to the team, creating a positive and supportive work environment
• Review of security internal control procedures
• Experience managing senior‑level client relationships
• Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences
• Pre‑sales, proposal and RFP experience is an added advantage
• Well‑grounded technical know‑how in IT Security (network, OS, databases, web technologies, application development)
• Coordination, review, and implementation of other requests such as:
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in information‑sensitive business(es)
  • High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and potential to lead small teams
  • Manage all team HR functions including hiring, training, planning and assigning work, coaching and development, talent and performance management, and conducting annual reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Understanding of data integration, data quality, data architecture and Master Data Management, project life‑cycle phases, best practices, and processes
• Good understanding of access governance, data quality, and its various aspects
• Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and management skills
