Job summary

Sterlite Power is seeking a Chief Manager – O&M Commissioning to lead technical excellence across 220kV, 400kV and 765kV substations. The role requires deep expertise in protection, relay coordination, testing, SCADA/SAS and IEC 61850, with a focus on grid reliability and asset integrity.

UG qualification in Electrical/Electronics is required, along with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in commissioning and operations.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
• Experience with high-voltage substations (220kV–765kV) is preferred
• Strong leadership and grid compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M commissioning and technical excellence for HV substations
• Coordinate protection, testing and commissioning activities
