BFSI connect is seeking a Cluster (Branch) Technical Manager in Anand to oversee property assessment, valuation, and due diligence for secured lending in Affordable Housing. You will support credit and sales teams, ensuring accurate valuations and compliance with policies.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant home-loan evaluation experience and willingness to travel locally for site visits. Strong MS Excel and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or BE with relevant property evaluation exposure.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical property evaluation for home loans.
• In-depth knowledge of construction norms, municipal by-laws, and valuation principles.
• Experience in affordable housing segment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent property inspections, ensuring construction stage validation and physical verification.
• Perform valuation of properties for lending purposes—self-constructed, builder purchase, resale, etc.
• Check legal clearances in coordination with the legal team—maps, approvals, and local body sanctions.
• Raise and resolve technical red flags before case approval.
• Coordinate with sales and credit teams for site visits and faster TAT.
• Maintain MIS and reports on valuation, deviations, and approvals.
• Ensure technical policy compliance across all property types in the branch.
• Empanel and manage external valuers and technical vendors as needed.
