CSB Bank is recruiting for a Cluster Relationship Manager focused on Government Business and TASC in Kottayam, Kerala. The role involves acquiring and nurturing HNI government and institutional clients, managing TASC/GB portfolios, and driving cross-sell of banking products.

Expertise in KYC and stakeholder management is essential. The position requires 3–7 years of experience with a graduation minimum, based in Kottayam, Kerala.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and manage High Net Worth Govt & Institutional Banking clients (e.g., municipal bodies, government departments, embassies, trusts, associations).
• Build and maintain relationships with TASC and GB clients.
• Drive acquisition of CASA and term deposits while managing relationship value of existing TASC & GB portfolios.
• Handle institutional banking portfolio and ensure excellent service delivery for TASC & GB accounts.
• Understand KYC/documentation requirements and articulate bank USP to stakeholders.
• Generate leads for other banking products such as assets, insurance, and TPS/treasury products.
• Leverage existing institutional relationships to deliver proactive banking solutions.

Job Description

Responsible for
a) Managing & maintaining relationships with new & existing TASC & GB clients
b) Opening TASC & GB accounts and Deliver an excellent service
c) Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like Assets, insurance, TPP etc.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of HNI Govt & Institutional Banking clients eg: Municipal Corporations, State Government Departments, Central Government Departments, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defense, Autonomous Bodies, Trust, Associations, Club’s and SocietiesTASC accounts specifically accounts of Trust, Associations, Societies, Clubs (TASC) and NGO's
• Responsible for managing & maintaining relationships with new & existing TASC clients & GB
• Responsible for acquisition of CASA, Term Deposits and managing relationship value ( RV) of existing TASC & GB
• Responsible for managing an Institutional Banking portfolio
• Opening TASC & GB accounts and Deliver an excellent service
• Understand TASC & GB KYC / Documentations and Pitch banks USP to TASC & GB stakeholders
• Generate leads for other banking products offered by the bank like Assets, insurance, TPP etc.
• Leverages the banks relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing with proactive banking solutions
