Job summary

PhonePe is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager in Vadodara, India to lead and optimize our cluster operations. You will supervise daily health, capacity planning, and incident response while mentoring a growing team of engineers.

The role requires strong knowledge of distributed systems, system administration, and scripting for automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure across services.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in cluster management, infrastructure management, or related operational roles.
• Proven expertise with cluster management tools such as Kubernetes or Apache Mesos.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline operational tasks.

• Oversee daily cluster operations and monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization
• Manage and coordinate cluster infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of systems
