Job summary

You will lead planning, resource allocation, client coordination, and risk mitigation, while ensuring compliance, invoicing, and healthy margins.

Requirements include minimum 12 years in waterproofing and BE Civil or higher; salary up to 20 lac per year depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders and project drawings to identify critical elements and risks.
• Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, supervision) for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate site execution between teams and clients.
• Create detailed site-specific plans and mitigate risks with leadership.
• Achieve sales billing targets and manage project costs (labor, materials, overheads).
• Monitor resource efficiency and inventory; track forecasts and invoicing.
• Ensure timely conversion of work into certified invoices and recovery of debts; manage client payments.
• Oversee inventory, compliance, safety and timely reporting.
• Lead client kick-off meetings, address complaints and manage claims for variations.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and arrange training for the team.

Working Capital Management:

• Ensure timely conversion of work doneinto certified invoices and recovery of debts.
• Manage client payments and coordinateon bank guarantees and retention dues.

Process Compliance & Governance:

• Oversee inventory management, statutorycompliance, and safety protocols.
• Ensure timely submission of reports anddocumentation as required.

Customer Management:

• Lead client kick-off meetings andensure project scope alignment.
• Address client complaints and manageclaims for additional work or price variations.
• Obtain completion certificates andensure client satisfaction for potential repeat business.

People Management:

• Conduct regular reviews of projectprogress with the project team.
• Identify training needs and arrangenecessary training for the team.
