Job summary

Suncorp Solutions is seeking a site supervisor for waterproofing works at Goa project sites. The role involves planning and executing waterproofing activities, coordinating with the client and HO teams, and supervising site labor to ensure compliance with norms and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage daily site operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in waterproofing or site supervision.
• Strong coordination and communication with client and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and execute waterproofing works at project site.
• Coordinate with client, HO team and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate workforce at site.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and monitor labour force.
• Ensure materials used and work performed meet norms.
• Maintain progress as per client schedule.
• Prepare monthly labour wages sheets and vouchers in the 1st week of each month.
• Maintain labour register with photo ID, signatory, village and city address at site.
• Record daily consumption and send details via WhatsApp in prescribed format.
• Monitor DPR every alternate day and maintain joint records with client for execution.
• Monitor gate passes for material and machine; issue client-supplied material and maintain joint records.
• Prepare site work checklists and obtain signatures with drawings highlighted.
• Obtain daily work permits from client.
• Control material consumption as per norms.
