Job summary

Freyr Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a capable project engineer/manager to oversee rooftop solar operations within the Hyderabad cluster. You will ensure timely execution, manage 5-10 site engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

The role requires 4-6 years of experience in engineering projects, proficiency in English and Hindi, and strong MS Office/project management skills. Significant travel within assigned cluster is expected.

Qualifications

• BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 4-6 years of experience in executing engineering projects.
• Proficient in English and Hindi; local language knowledge preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to motivate and manage a team of 5-10 site engineers.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day rooftop solar project operations within the assigned cluster.
• Take complete ownership from material dispatch to installation and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the onsite team and maintain productivity.
• Monitor and support resolution of all O&M tickets raised in the AOR.
• Collaborate with external, internal, and customer stakeholders for timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance and timely procurement of any missing material.
