Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) invites an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and tracking for heavy industrial packages at our Gujarat site. You will coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, Mechanical teams and ensure timely execution while maintaining documentation and audits.

Essential attributes include a BE or Diploma in Mechanical engineering and 6–12 years in similar roles. Strong analytical, planning, and risk-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–12 years of experience in program and project management for heavy industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for all the Packages.
• Support monitoring of CSA, structural, and MEP works at site.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, Mechanical, etc.) to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
• Assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and resource allocation.
• Participate in site inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and audits.
• Provide support in risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
