Objective of the position
The Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of the GROW PwD Self-Employment Program within an assigned cluster. The role includes community outreach, entrepreneurship development, credit linkages, business mentorship, and coordination with ecosystem partners to ensure successful livelihoods for persons with disabilities (PwDs).
Collaborate with PwD networks, local bodies, government departments, NGOs, and community organisations to identify and mobilise potential self-employment candidates.
Liaise with community opinion leaders to build goodwill, trust, and programme acceptance—especially among PwD leaders and supporters.
Build strong relationships with authorities at community, block, and district levels to enable approvals, regulatory support, and financial linkages.
Conduct outreach, identification, and assessment activities to ensure the right-fit selection of candidates for incubation.
Ensure transparent and inclusive selection processes aligned with programme guidelines.
Plan training activity for the selected beneficiaries after collecting the required documents.
Support individuals in preparing business plans and strengthening their understanding of financial management, marketing, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
Provide ongoing guidance to candidates in areas such as quality management, inventory planning, production processes, customer service, and basic business systems.
Facilitate linkages with markets, suppliers, and service providers relevant to their enterprise.
Facilitate credit and subsidy linkages with banks, NBFCs, and government schemes.
Periodically monitor the financial health and operational performance of the businesses.
Track loan utilisation and repayment status and offer timely support to prevent default.
Plan and coordinate events, review meetings, exposure visits, and other cluster-level activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, including beneficiary records, progress updates, and field reports.
Share success stories, insights, and learnings to support programme communication and continuous improvement.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Rural Management, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in community development, livelihoods, entrepreneurship support, or related field.
Willingness to travel extensively across cluster.
Strong communication skills in Telugu and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Ability to work with diverse field teams and PwD communities.
High integrity, empathy, and passion for disability inclusion.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
