Job summary

NEDAR Foundation seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead India's first Virtual Incubator for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities. The role focuses on designing incubation programs, mentoring PwDs, and creating market linkages through CSR, government, and NGO partnerships.

The incumbent will lead digital and in-person sessions, develop a nationwide hub-and-spoke delivery model, and monitor impact with data-driven reporting.

Program Manager Virtual Incubator

Manage and lead India's First Virtual Incubator for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities

NEDAR Foundation is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven Program Manager to lead India's first Virtual Incubator exclusively for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities (PwDs).

This is a unique opportunity to build and strengthen an inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem by designing incubation programs, mentoring entrepreneurs, creating market and financial linkages, and developing partnerships across the CSR, government, startup, and NGO ecosystem.

The role combines program leadership, entrepreneurship development, strategic partnerships, and measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, assess and Identify Incubatees PwDs / Entrepreneurs with Disabilities and any of their supporting members for the programs
• Conduct online and offline awareness programs to attract best candidates
• Lead and manage virtual incubation cohorts from idea stage to business growth.
• Design and facilitate engaging online entrepreneurship and business development sessions.
• Develop a pool of Industry Experts / Mentors and provide Mentoring & Business coaching to the entrepreneurs to strengthen business models, market readiness, and scalability apart from their inclusion in MSME Eco-system through Udyam Registration etc.
• Build strategic partnerships with CSR partners, government agencies, incubators, financial institutions, and NGOs.
• Create financial linkages, including facilitating loans and government schemes. Also identify social investors and enable them to support the best of the Incubatees
• Create a sustainable and effective relationship with Corporates, Organizations, MSME Eco-System and other organizations to create Market Linkages for the Incubatees through Exhibitions, B2B buys, Product/ Service Procurement, Stalls, Outsourced work etc.
• Develop and strengthen the NEDAR Entrepreneurs Business Network Indias first ever Business Network for Entrepreneurs with Disabilities
• Establish and coordinate a Hub-and-Spoke model for nationwide service delivery.
• Monitor program performance, document impact, and prepare high-quality reports and success stories.
• Identify and collaborate with incubation centres and ecosystem partners across India to enhance services for entrepreneurs with disabilities.

Essential Competencies

• Entrepreneurship development and business mentoring – especially nano enterprises and rural enterprises
• Program planning, implementation, budgeting, and financial management
• Proposal development and donor/CSR engagement
• Partnership building and stakeholder management
• Digital facilitation and virtual / blended program delivery
• Monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and impact reporting
• Leadership, ownership and problem-solving
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Real time awareness of new and emerging opportunities for the benefit of Incubatees
• Process orientation with the ability to develop and implement SOPs
• Excellent documentation skills and producing quality Impact reports
• Proven experience in Digital and Social Media management to promote the organization and its services
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English

Preferred Experience

2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Startup incubation or entrepreneurship development
• CSR-funded livelihood or enterprise development programmes
• MSME ecosystem or business advisory services
• Programmes supporting Persons with Disabilities or other underserved communities

Experience in facilitating access to finance (MUDRA, PMEGP, banks, etc.) and developing business networks will be an added advantage.

Digital Skills

Candidates should be comfortable using digital tools for virtual program delivery and reporting, including:

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Virtual collaboration platforms
• Social media for outreach
• AI-powered productivity tools

South Delhi (Full-Time, On-site). Only those living in Delhi / NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi / NCR will be considered
