Job summary

Ileseum Clubs Ltd. is seeking a Club Operations professional to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of all club spaces, including gym, pool, spa, and studios.

You will coordinate repairs, ensure safety compliance, and manage daily operations from front desk to staff scheduling. Additionally, you will implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, drive revenue and retention initiatives, and manage procurement of club supplies.

• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas (gym floor, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc).
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and regularly serviced.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols.
• Manage day-to-day club operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness staff.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high operational efficiency.
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals.
• Manage inventory and procurement for club supplies and consumables.

Staff Supervision & Development

• Recruit, train, and manage club staff including trainers, customer service, maintenance, and support staff.
• Schedule and supervise shifts to ensure proper staff coverage and performance.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Handle member complaints and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Organize events, challenges, or member engagement initiatives to promote retention and community.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight

• Assist in preparing and managing club budgets and expenses.
• Monitor revenue streams (memberships, personal training, classes) and control operational costs.
• Generate and review operational reports and financial performance data.
