Job summary

Brio Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 migrations and deployments, with post-deployment support and on-demand training. The role requires a strong willingness to learn advanced cloud technologies and to continually improve communication and soft skills.

You will be setting up Google Workspace and Office 365, migrating from other platforms, meeting SLAs, and helping customers via troubleshooting, training, and ongoing product

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration administration skills.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Exchange and LDAP.
• DNS knowledge and Google Workspace deployment experience.
• Basic scripting in PowerShell, Linux or Python.
• Familiar with DLP systems and web proxies.
• Willingness to be trained and certified in Google and Microsoft services.
