Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Service Delivery / Cloud Operations / Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and security concepts.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management.
• Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, and service performance management.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Good communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cloud service delivery and operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, availability, performance, and service health.
• Manage and coordinate incidents, service requests, problems, and changes.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of service issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients for effective service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify recurring issues and drive problem management and continuous improvement.
• Support cloud migration, deployment, and optimization activities.
• Monitor cloud usage and assist with cost optimization across multi-cloud environments.
• Follow ITIL-based service management and operational best practices.
• Participate in service reviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
