Job summary

ApplyMint seeks a hands-on L3 Specialist Engineer for Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security in Bengaluru. You will resolve complex production issues, design secure cloud infrastructure, and provide technical leadership across cloud, network, security, and DevOps functions.

The role requires strong experience with Azure, hybrid cloud, Palo Alto NGFW/Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, CyberArk/PAM, Terraform, Ansible, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network engineering, or security.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in L3 troubleshooting and production infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW/Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and CyberArk/PAM.
• Strong experience with Terraform and/or Ansible for automation.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, routing, security, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Experience performing RCA, incident, and problem management and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex cloud, network, infrastructure, and security incidents.
• Design, implement, administer, and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Configure and support enterprise security solutions including Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and CyberArk PAM.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, firewall, VPN, security, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Develop and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor and related tools.
• Perform RCA for major incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes for production environments.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Review existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for performance, security, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, DevOps, and Architecture teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, procedures, and guides.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security enhancements, and technology implementations.

We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Specialist Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, network security, L3 troubleshooting, automation, and infrastructure architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex production issues, designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure, optimizing network and security environments, and providing technical leadership across cloud, network, security, and DevOps functions.
