Job summary

UST is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or SRE. The role focuses on designing, implementing, automating, and managing scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using EC2, ECS, ECR, CloudFormation, and S3 across development, testing, and production environments.

You will build automated pipelines with Jenkins, optimize deployments, and ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or SRE.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with deploying and managing scalable, secure infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure across dev, test, and prod.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure using CloudFormation for consistency and scalability.
• Manage EC2 compute resources to support scalable and highly available apps.
• Deploy and manage container workloads with ECS for reliable environments.
• Support container image management and deployment workflows using ECR.
• Manage S3 resources for cloud-hosted apps and infra.
• Develop automated deployment pipelines with Jenkins.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment setup.
• Troubleshoot infra and platform incidents involving AWS services.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, automating, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS, with hands‑on responsibilities across EC2, ECS, ECR, Jenkins, CloudFormation, and S3. The engineer will support infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, automation, and reliable service delivery across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize EC2 compute infrastructure to support scalable and highly available applications.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using ECS, supporting reliable and scalable application environments.
• Support container image management and application deployment workflows using ECR.
