Role
Looking for a Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, CI/CD, databases, monitoring, Linux, and hybrid cloud to build secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AWS infrastructure, EKS/Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Administer RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and SQL Server including backup, recovery, patching, replication, HA, DR, and performance tuning.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.
- Manage VPC, IAM, DNS, SSL/TLS, Load Balancers, VPN, Security Groups, and networking.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and improve reliability and security.
- Support cloud migration, automation, DR, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and work with development, security, and operations teams.
Required Skills
- AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Bash/Shell, Git, Bitbucket.
- PostgreSQL/Aurora/RDS and SQL Server administration.
- Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog/New Relic.
- Basic networking, IAM, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, VPC, reverse proxy.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Terraform/CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, AWS DMS.
- Knowledge of GCP, Azure, microservices, hybrid cloud, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/Linux, AD, DNS/DHCP, SAN/NAS.
- Exposure to PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, security, vulnerability management, and cloud governance.
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications.
- Experience in FinTech/Banking/Payments, 247 production support, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL.
