Sigma Allied Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and automate our infrastructure using IaC, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and monitor system health.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; requires mentoring juniors and driving improvements while working with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern observability tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Based at Bengaluru with willingness to work from office.
• Strong expertise in IaC, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Experience building CI/CD and monitoring/observability.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and drive workflow improvements.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Deploy and monitor applications in AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Set up monitoring, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Ensure security practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, IT and participate in code reviews.
• Provide incident resolution and performance tuning.

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• IaC Development
• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure Automation using IaC principals and DevOps Skills.
• Develop Predictive automation using Monitoring and Observability tools.
• DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, Pulumi and CrossPlane.
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
• Enhance system reliability, security, and scalability through automation and best practices.
• Operations & Collaboration
• Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on uptime and performance.
• Implement security best practices and assist with compliance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development workflows.
