Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer in Bengaluru to design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications and architectures.

The role requires 8+ years in IT and 5+ years in cloud development, with strong hands-on skills in Python, AWS/Azure/GCP, and DevOps practices. You will implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and work cross-functionally with teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement cloud-native applications and secure, scalable cloud architectures. Build resilient cloud services ensuring high availability, performance, and fault tolerance. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure. Implement automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for deployment. Collaboration & Integration: Partner with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud services. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into cloud solutions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging cloud trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve cloud infrastructure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers by sharing knowledge and reviewing cloud architecture/design. Promote best practices in cloud development and operations.

Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT, including

5+ years in cloud development roles. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on expertise in Python for scripting and automation. Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Proven ability to optimize cloud resource usage and manage cost. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative environment.
