Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials specialist in Pune, India. The candidate will lead financial transformations, oversee GL, AP, AR, and R2R processes, and drive multi-country implementations.

Strong stakeholder management and independent leadership are essential for this global project. The role emphasizes Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials expertise, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), and reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Experience in 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.
• Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and Oracle interfaces.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.

Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.

Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.

Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.

Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s).

Experience in multi-country/global rollouts and localization requirements.

Experience working in Agile and/or Oracle implementation methodologies.

Prior experience as a Functional Lead / Solution Lead in Oracle Cloud Finance projects.
