Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune, India seeks an experienced Oracle Financials specialist with 10+ years in Oracle Financials and Fusion Cloud Financials. You will drive implementations across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax, lead functional teams, and ensure high-stakes stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud methods, data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. Independence and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Experience in 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial close processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment.
• Good understanding of FBDI, HDL/ADF concepts, REST/SOAP integrations, and functional aspects of Oracle interfaces.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Financial Reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex global implementations.
