KochaSoft Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect Engineer with extensive Azure and AWS expertise for migration and operations support in hybrid environments (Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune).
The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, automation, governance, and escalations for enterprise cloud platforms. - 12+ years of infrastructure and cloud operations experience.
- Strong hands-on with Azure and AWS for migrations, operations and governance.
- Experience handling enterprise cloud migrations and day-2 support.

- Provide advanced operational support for Azure and AWS cloud environments, including incident, problem, change management and RCA.
- Lead technical troubleshooting during Severity-1 and -2 incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Implement automation and IaC using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Ensure security, governance, DR readiness, and high availability for cloud environments.
- Drive service restoration within SLA timelines and participate in CAB meetings.

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure and AWS Cloud Engineer to support Migrations and operations, advanced troubleshooting, platform optimization, automation, governance, and technical escalations for enterprise cloud environments.
The engineer will act as the highest technical escalation point for cloud infrastructure issues, support mission-critical production environments, drive operational excellence, implement automation, ensure security compliance, and support cloud transformation initiatives across Azure and AWS platforms.
The role requires strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, automation, DevOps integration, and operational governance.
