A leading cloud solutions provider in India is looking for an experienced cloud engineer to design and deploy modular cloud-based systems. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy modular cloud-based systems
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in keeping with our company’s business needs and best practices
• BuildGCPdata-driven solutions for enterprise data warehouse and data lakes
• Ensure efficient data storage and process functions in accordance with security policies
• Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
• Review existing systems and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and turn them into technical documentation and deliverables
• Provide cloud support and recommendations for clients

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code development

5+ years of direct hands-on experience with the GCP stack

• Experience building multi-tenant IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions
• Experience designing cloud solutions
• Experience with data integration and migration, as well as ETL/data integration tools

Optional skills:

• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Oracle OBIEE is an advantage
• Experience using automation scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, or Bash is an advantage
• Experience with SDLC and continuous delivery tool sets such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable tools
• Proficient in at least one SQL language such as Redshift or Snowflake
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCP & MCP certification
• Experience migrating legacy systems intoGCPtechnologies
