Job summary

POLYMED is seeking a Clinical Specialist in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Mangalore & Chennai) to lead clinical/KOL engagement and drive therapy adoption in the Vascular Access portfolio. You will coordinate with the Head of Medical Affairs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical excellence across assigned geographies.

The role requires nursing qualifications (B.Sc./Diploma/M.Sc in Nursing) and a minimum of 4 years in infection control, nursing training, or nurse

Qualifications

• B.Sc (Nursing)/ Diploma or M.Sc in Nursing with 4+ years in infection control/nursing training or nurse educator role.

Responsibilities

• Clinical/KOL engagement through scientific discussions, RTMs and meetings with KOLs.
• Therapy awareness and adoption via CNEs, workshops, nursing awareness programs.
• Support clinicians for clinical trials and provide sales support technically.
• Conversion of accounts for process and product improvement.
• Internal and external training responsibilities.
• Troubleshooting related to products and concepts.
• Product evaluation and feedback.
• Engagement with external healthcare professional bodies.

Qualifications
