Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to introduce new technologies or solutions into healthcare markets.
  • Strong understanding of the operating room environment and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams remotely across a regional territory.
  • Strong commercial, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience using structured sales processes and sales management platforms.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in the relevant local language preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution and business requirements.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Sales Manager based in India.

This role leads clinical sales activities and supports the growth and utilization of advanced surgical technology across an assigned region. You will manage and develop a clinical sales team while strengthening relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and care teams. The position combines sales leadership, clinical education, account development, and new system installations.
