Job summary

Synectics is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to identify and place top talent across pharmaceutical and clinical roles in India. You''ll partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles. The role requires 2-6 years US staffing experience, familiarity with FDA regulations, and strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience (US staffing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trials and FDA terminology.
• Experience filling pharma/clinical roles such as CLS, Medical Technologist, Lab Assistant.
• Proficient with ATS and VMS tools; strong sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Hyderabad, Noida, Dehradun, Chennai and Kochi

Work Timings:

6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Experience Required:

2-6 years (Relevant US Staffing Experience)

Compensation:

Up to 8 LPA + Performance Incentives (Recurring)

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Clinical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across pharmaceutical and clinical roles.
• You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles
• Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Clinical recruitment, ideally within MSP/VMS environments
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and industry terminology
• Experience hiring for roles such as Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Allied Healthcare, Medical Technologist, Lab Assistant, Specimen Technician, etc.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS tools, and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently
