Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment of Clinical Roles: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US Staffing
• MSP/VMS Staffing Model: Work within the MSP/VMS model, managing contract, travel, and permanent roles across various healthcare positions.
• Pay Package Creation: Develop competitive pay packages for candidates, tailored to contract and travel roles.
• Sourcing through social media: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook groups to source candidates, build networks, and engage with potential hires.

Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in recruitment.
• Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to recruit through social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn, with a focus on building healthcare talent pipelines.
• Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
